1. All applicants/examinees are required to bring one (1) pc. Non-spiral 30 leaves NOTEBOOK as their answer sheet

3. Applicants for promotion who cannot take the exam as scheduled for failure to submit their performance rating (IPCR), may still take the exam tentatively scheduled on the first week of October provided they can submit their approved IPCR.
